I love seeing how design impacts businesses. It helps them serve their customers more profoundly with less friction. Design can help tell a story, simplify a complex task, and connect people. I love that it requires constant iteration.
What’s your favorite local meal?
I love sushi, and I love burritos. For a while there I was a on a big kick of Sushi Burritos. What's not to love!? Living in SD we're so close to Mexico so we have some truly amazing Mexican cuisine here.
What's your favorite place to travel to & why?
Such an impossible question as there are so many favorites. If I have to choose: I absolutely love Thailand. They have incredible culture, the people are so friendly & kind, the food is to die for, and the beaches are amazing.
What’s your secret power?
The ability to see the big picture and also execute on the minute details. (Also, I'm secretly really good at DDR- Dance Dance Revolution 😂)
Are you team coffee or tea?
Tea! I go through phases but currently team Tea all the way.
Where do you find the best inspiration?
Traveling, exploring new cultures, trying new things & seeing the world from a different perspective. I find that being on an airplane helps give that 30,000 ft view of your life both figuratively and literally.
